How to lose 20 Pounds in a month - August 31st, 2009

All my friends were really skinny except for me. I always felt left out when we all went shopping because I couldn’t try any of the pretty dresses and show off or take pictures. All the attention went to them because they were pretty and skinny. In the holidays I finally decided to do something about my obesity. I started going to the gym and got a personal trainer. I cut down on my carbohydrates and ate more proteins such as chicken breasts, boil eggs – only the whites, tofu, beans. Sweet potatoes was my only carbohydrates. I did an hour of aerobic, yoga in the mornings. Went home and ate one piece of chicken breast and sweet potatoes and chillis. Had 2hours rest and went back to the gym and did an hour and half of weight training with my trainer. I ran for an hour after and went for a swim.

By the time I go home it was at night and I had 3 boiled eggs with sweet potatoes and went to sleep. I did this for a week and lost 4 pounds. I was so happy because my face was a lost more skinnier. I was excited to go to the gym everyday and that’s how I lost 20 pounds in a month. good luck everyone on losing weight. It is possible for anyone!
