How I lost 30 Pounds

I was pregnant before marriage and gained 20kgs. I didn’t want to have the baby after the wedding. So I planned my wedding but the problem was that I couldn’t fit any wedding dresses. I couldn’t go on any diet because of the baby so I had to give up the marriage. When my little baby was three years old I wanted to get married before she got bigger. I weighed 180pounds then and I lost 60pounds in 6 months.

The hardest thing for my diet was that I used to eat whatever I wanted and I couldn’t resist the temptations and the amount I ate. I tried to eat more proteins and less carbohydrate. I divided my meals and ate five times a day. Before, I was so hungry and had no energy to move but now it’s hard for me to eat all at once. I woke up at 6 in the morning and jogged around the house for an hour and after the exercise, I had eggs and an apple for a breakfast. I ran for an hour and half at the gym and did a little bit of muscle exercises. It’s very important to lose weight but more important to stay that way. Try to change around the exercise programs so you don’t get tired of it quickly.
