What’s good about exercising in the morning?
It increases your concentration and the efficiency of your work. Many people think exercising in the morning will make you weary throughout the day but it’s only a prejudice. Exercising in the morning gives you energy and lowers your stress level and provides oxygen to the brain to help your brain work smoothly.
It also stimulates your metabolism and speeds up the calorie consumptions. This effect lasts for about 8 hours but if you exercise at night, a weak point is that you have to go to sleep after increasing your metabolism. Exercising in the morning sets the biological clock and makes it work at regular condition. Our biological rhythm is set to operate during the day and rest when the sun goes down. Exercising at night could break this rhythm and make your sleeping hour later or shorten it. Also another study is done on exercising hours and the quality of sleeping. The result showed people who exercise in the morning had much better quality of sleeps. If you have such a busy schedule and the only time you can exercise is at night, do it at least 3 hours before going to sleep.
