In controversy, the color red will increase your appetite. That is why the fast food places like McDonalds and KFC use a lot of reds in their interiors. Try to avoid red colored restaurants if you are on a diet.
Listening to fast tempo music also has an effect of making you lose your appetite. When listening to fast music, your body gets excited and stops the movement of your stomach without you realizing and so you don’t feel hungry easy. When you go to the gym, this is another reason why they put on the fast music so you can enjoy the exercise as well as not having to feel hungry.
Don’t put foods in front of you. For people who are on a diet, food is the most uncontrollable temptation. When our brain sees food, it sends out the hormones that makes you feel hungry. The part of the brain is very sensitive so just by smelling or seeing food can make you feel hungry.
