The purpose of this diet is changing your meal menus to low carbohydrates and low calories and replacing it with high proteins. This diet will help you burn fats fast and clean out all the wastes in the body and make you feel refreshed. The method of this diet is making soup that is very easy and simple to make and eat it every day.
First day: Soup and fruits (without bananas) Drink water or fruit juice that doesn’t have any sweeteners.
Second day: Soup and vegetables. Put vegetables in soup and you can eat it as much you want. The vegetables should be uncooked or boiled without any butter or oils. Green vegetables are the best and do not eat beans, peas or sweet corns nor any fruits.
Third day: Eat soup, fruits and vegetables as much as you want.
Fourth day: Soup and bananas only. You can drink skim milk and water and if possible eat three bananas, drink 500cc of skim milk and as much water as possible.
Fifth: Beef and tomatoes. Eat 350 ~ 700g of red beef meat (of chicken or fish) and 6 big pieces of tomatoes. Drink about 6 to 8 cups of water and eat soup at least once.
Sixth: Beef and vegetables. Eat 2 to 3 pieces of steaks and one bowl of soup.
Seventh: Rice, vegetables and fruit juice without any sweeteners as much as you want and a bowl of soup.
